IT’S A NEW YEAR! LET’S START OUT RIGHT WITH SOME HALF PRICE YOGA TO GET YOU STARTED!
With an emphasis on hip opening and stretching, expect a dynamic hour of Hatha yoga (sun salutations, standing postures, twists, seated poses) with a little breath work and some meditation thrown in. Perfect for the athlete who is looking to improve their flexibility along with some hip and shoulder opening and lengthening of the hamstrings.
